These cheeses are made with fresh local milk, hand-ladled and gently pasteurized to protect their delicate flavor. Some of the possibilities include our Creamery's luscious City Goat; the Manchester, a velvety rich double-cream cow's milk cheese; the Lincoln Log, a dense and very rich in texture goat's milk cheese; and the Detroit Street Brick, a goat's milk cheese studded with green peppercorns. Served with French baguettes and crisps.
