It features a delicious handmade all-butter crust and we even figured out how to give you 6 corner pieces in a square pan. Pie are square! It is the perfect pot pie to share with your friends. Stuffed with your choice of savory filling, this rich comfort food will be sure to warm your guests right up! Zingerman's Classic Chicken Pot Pie: Michelangelo's David of pot pies. Amish free-range chicken, potatoes, onions, carrots and a housemade creamy chicken gravy baked into a flaky, buttery, golden crust. Comfort food at its best. Fungi Pot Pie: A vegetarian pie with a variety of hen of the woods, shiitakes and blue oyster mushrooms with a little Balinese long pepper tucked into a buttery crust. The Red Brick Beef Pot Pie: This beef pie is our heartiest one yet. Packed with big chunks of all natural beef from Ernst Farm here in Washtenaw Co., carrots, potatoes, fresh herbs and wrapped in our handmade crust.
