Everything you need for a salmon bagel breakfast. With the best bagels and cream cheese we could find (we make them actually!). Real bagels, scallion and plain cream cheese from Zingerman's Creamery, Maine smoked salmon from Ducktrap River, smoked whitefish, Muenster cheese from Wisconsin, Swiss cheese from Switzerland, capers, cucumbers and Michigan farm butter. Garnished with slices of tomato and onion.
